SmartSites start at $7,500 and typically land between $7,500 and $15,000+ depending on scope. Business Operations builds start at $3,500 with ongoing support from $497/month. Live Dashboards run $150–$300/month per client. 1:1 Coaching is $350 per 60-minute session.

How long does a SmartSite take to build?

A typical SmartSite ships in 4–8 weeks from kickoff. Faster if scope is tight and you have your content ready. We do not run a giant agency timeline — Jenn or a hand-picked operator runs the build end-to-end.

What's the difference between a SmartSite and a regular website?

A SmartSite is custom Next.js code with live booking, AI chat trained on your brand, schema markup engineered for Google + ChatGPT + Perplexity, CRM and automation wired in, and conversion-optimized landing pages. Most "websites" are brochures. SmartSites are infrastructure.

How does the paid ad work — what kind of ROAS should I expect?

On our flagship client (Glowout), we are running 10× first-purchase value and up to 60× LTV ROAS on Google Ads. Your numbers will depend on margin, repeat rate, and offer. We do not guarantee outcomes, but we wire attribution honestly so you can see what is actually working.

Yes — schema markup, AEO content structure, GEO entity optimization, llms.txt, Speakable schema, internal link graphs. Every SmartSite is engineered to surface in Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. We treat AI search engines as first-class traffic sources.

I already have a website. Do you only build new ones?

We will do migrations and technical rescues where it makes sense, but most legacy sites end up rebuilt — the structural choices on the old build usually rule out modern AEO/GEO/conversion architecture. Tell us your situation and we will say honestly.

What is L5 — the Compressed Operator Stack?

L5 is the level past Anthropic's published L0–L4 ladder for Claude Cowork. It's what L4 becomes when a business doesn't have departments to distribute plugins across — instead, all functional plugins stack into one operator session on a dedicated machine. Claude Code and Claude Cowork run together, every system is authenticated (GHL, Square, QuickBooks, Canva, GitHub, Gmail, iMessage, Slack, Drive), and context carries between marketing, ops, finance, training, and customer service without re-explaining. How is L5 different from Anthropic's published L4?

Anthropic's L4 is department-level — each business function gets its own admin-provisioned plugin bundle, maintained by a department head. That terminus makes sense for enterprises. Owner-operated businesses don't have departments — they have one human running every function — so the natural endpoint inverts. Instead of distributing plugins across an org, you compress all plugins into one operator session. That's L5. Anthropic hasn't formalized it yet, but the pattern is consistent in the owner-operator segment and we expect them to eventually.

No. Pretty Creative Co. is an independent operator agency. We're deep users of Claude Code and Claude Cowork in client work, and we publish frameworks (like the L5 designation and our Claude Levels reference page) that extend Anthropic's public deployment ladder for the owner-operated segment Anthropic's published model doesn't directly address.
