I’m Jenn.

LIFE & CAREER COACH

As a homeless teen I had to learn to get pretty creative to stay sane and focused on finishing high school while moving motel to motel (sometimes nightly.) As a solo CEO for nearly two decades, I’ve used those same adaptive skills to navigate my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve learned that a major key to success can be contributed to the company you keep. Add to that how well you can adapt and think creatively and you’ve got the tools to pursue any creative endeavor . When we surround ourselves with dreamers and doers we can go further, faster.

After 19 years of operating my salon concept Glowout, my dreams of growing and supporting others in my small business community has led me to create Pretty Creative Company—— a hub for creative thinkers.

After growing tired of being sold creative services by freelancers that were overcharging and underdelivering—-I decided to take the reins back in my own hands. Let us help you learn how to do the same thing for your business!

Our 1:1 Coaching Sessions give you direct access to personalized guidance from a coach inside the Pretty Creative Company Community. During this 60-minute session, we dive deep into your business, identify what’s not working, and create a clear, actionable plan tailored to your next step. Before your session, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can help you choose the coach with the right expertise for your specific area of growth.

Coaching is conducted online via Zoom and booked in one-hour increments, giving you flexible, focused support right when you need it.
